I usually run back before they are completely materialized and kill them both with Soul Ray wich hits both targets…in PBWT you can farm 5.500 Souls each

The strength of firestorm depends on your magic stat, so it might not kill them in one hit, I reccomend just running past them and getting to them later, if at all.
